About The Hybrid Course

This course requires students to have access to a personal computer with a modem along with an Internet service provider and requires a degree of computer literacy.

The interactive capabilities of the Web are used for e-mail, access to course related links to the Internet, course materials and assignments.

Traditional elements will be maintained, such as textbooks, class sessions, and examinations, either in class, or at the College testing center.

The students will meet as a group in a classroom setting on a regular basis about 50% of the time.

This course will require effective time management skills, strong study skills, self- motivation, and the ability to work independently.
